We are looking for a skilled Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO optimization, on-page & off-page activities, and backlink strategy. The candidate should be able to manage digital campaigns end-to-end and improve website rankings and traffic.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive leads and brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
SEO :
Perform on-page SEO: keyword research, meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, content optimization, site audit.
Implement off-page SEO: link building, directory submissions, guest posting, outreach.
Create and manage high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
Track keyword performance and rankings through tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Website & Performance Tracking
Coordinate with content/website teams for landing page optimization.
Analyze website performance and take corrective actions.
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization.
Proven experience in SEO: On-page, Off-page & Backlink creation.
Understanding of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz (any).
Ability to analyze campaign data and generate insights.
Good communication and report-making skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA, MBA, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
