Deep Periphery Sales Manager
Role Overview:
The Deep Periphery Sales Manager will lead and expand Sahyadri Hospitals referral network across peripheral towns and rural markets. The role focuses on driving patient referrals and footfalls for complex, tertiary and quaternary care services by building strong, long-term relationships with GPs, surgeons, consultants, and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, strengthen, and manage GP, surgeon, consultant, and nursing home referral networks in peripheral markets
Plan and execute CME programs, RTMs, and doctor engagement initiatives
Promote super-speciality services and high-value procedures (e.g., Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care, Transplants, etc.)
Track referral trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Deep Periphery Sales Executives
Ensure sustained growth through relationship-led, long-cycle sales strategies
Who Can Apply?
Any Graduate (MBA / Healthcare Management preferred)
7-12 years of experience in pharma, diagnostics, hospital referral sales, or healthcare marketing'
Strong network and proven relationships with GPs, nursing homes, and consultants
Hands-on experience in CME, RTM, and doctor engagement programs
Comfortable with extensive travel across Tier 23 cities and rural belts
Mature, strategic thinker with a relationship-driven sales mindset
