Position:
Deep Periphery Sales Executive
Role Overview:
The Deep Periphery Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding Sahyadri Hospitals referral base across peripheral towns and rural markets. The role focuses on building strong relationships with GPs, surgeons, consultants, and nursing homes to drive patient referrals and footfalls for complex, tertiary and quaternary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage GP, surgeon, consultant, and nursing home referral networks in assigned peripheral territoriesPlan and execute CME programs, RTMs, and doctor engagement activities
Promote super-speciality services and high-value procedures for complex cases
Track referral trends, doctor potential, and competitor activity in the territory
Coordinate and conduct Remote OPDs in collaboration with hospital clinical teams
Ensure consistent on-ground presence and relationship continuity in rural and semi-urban markets
Who Can Apply?
Any Graduate (MBA / Healthcare Management preferred)
49 years of experience in pharma, diagnostics, hospital referral sales, or healthcare marketing
Strong existing relationships with GPs, nursing homes, and consultants
Hands-on experience in CME, RTM, and doctor engagement programs
Comfortable with extensive travel across Tier 23 cities and rural belts
Self-driven, execution-focused, and relationship-oriented professional
