The Decor Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting decor products or services (home decor, interior solutions, or event decor). The role involves understanding customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in decor sales (home, interior, or event decor).
Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting decor products/services to individual and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations to understand decor requirements.
Provide design suggestions and product recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects/orders.
Keep updated with latest decor trends, materials, and industry innovations.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in decor, interior, furniture, or event sales (B2C or B2B).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for design, decor, and aesthetics.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer creative solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design (preferred).
