Decor Sales professional
who understands that decor isn't just about flowers and fabric--it's about selling a vision. This role blends creativity, client handling, and revenue generation, and is ideal for someone who thrives in the wedding and luxury events space.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for wedding and event decor
Meet clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budgets
Create customized decor proposals and confidently pitch concepts
Prepare presentations, mood boards, and quotations (strong Canva/PPT skills required)
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for seamless execution
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with planners, venues, and vendors
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions efficiently
Stay updated with decor trends, materials, and market pricing
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in event sales / decor sales / wedding industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent aesthetic sense and visual understanding
Proficiency in
Canva, PowerPoint, and basic Photoshop
Confident in client meetings and presentations
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
