Decor Sales Associate
for
Event Management
to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find decor products that match their style and needs, provide expert product knowledge, and support the store in maintaining an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment. {

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting decor items, offering style advice, product recommendations, and design ideas.
Maintain strong product knowledge of decor trends, seasonal items, furniture, textiles, wall decor, lighting, and accessories.
Arrange and replenish merchandise to ensure displays are always clean, attractive, and on-brand.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Meet or exceed sales goals through engaging customer interactions and upselling/ cross-selling when appropriate.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and issues professionally.
Support inventory tasks, including stock checks, tagging, and receiving new products.
Collaborate with the team on store merchandising, seasonal resets, and promotional displays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
