Role Overview

We're looking for a

Luxury Decor Designer

with a creative eye, refined aesthetics, and strong on-ground understanding. This role combines

concept design and project execution

, ensuring every event decor reflects sophistication and perfection.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design decor setups for luxury weddings and high-end events. Meet clients to understand their vision, theme, and preferences. Create

mood boards, presentations, and visual concepts

to communicate design ideas. Coordinate with internal

production, fabrication, logistics, and floral teams

for execution. Ensure

timely delivery, quality control

, and seamless on-site installation. Stay updated with

global decor trends, color palettes, and styling techniques.

Suggest innovative decor enhancements and add-on design elements to elevate the experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum

2+ years

of experience in

event decor, interior styling, or wedding design.

Proficiency in

Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW

(3D design knowledge is a plus). Excellent aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A team player with a passion for luxury design and client satisfaction.
