Designation : Field Recovery Officer ((Preferred proficiency in Telugu language)

(Location: South India-AP/KN/TN)

Experience : 3 - 5 years

CTC : 3.0 -5.55 Lacs P.A.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Field Officer to handle legal recovery processes, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and ensure timely resolution of cases. The role requires extensive fieldwork, including visits to concerned parties and legal authorities to support litigation and recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Litigation & Legal Recovery:

Conduct pre-litigation visits to potential legal defaulting CPs (Channel Partner) as a preventive measure.

Conduct post-litigation visits to CPs with pending recovery or criminal proceedings.

Coordination & Legal Assistance:

Collaborate with advocates, recovery agents, and local police.

Maintain regular contact with local law enforcement, visit police stations, lawyers offices, and courts.

Facilitate legal procedures by traveling with Delhi police for serving warrants, summons, and other legal documents.

Follow-Up & Reporting:

Conduct daily follow-ups via telephonic calls and maintain a log.

Maintain visit records and summarize key findings in an Excel sheet.

Share detailed visit reports for centralized database maintenance.

Post-visit coordination with the sales and head office teams to ensure payment commitments are met.

Participate in monthly MIS discussions with the head office team.

Process Improvement & Market Insights:

Track and analyze competitor practices in legal recovery to bring innovations to the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory: Proficiency in Telugu (spoken & written).

Preferred: Additional proficiency in Kannada or Tamil is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in legal recovery, litigation, or field coordination is a plus.

Ability to maintain good relations with law enforcement and legal professionals.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
