We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our team as a Commission-Based Debt Collection Officer. The primary responsibility will be to recover outstanding debts from customer in the specified areas of

. This is a performance-driven role where your earnings will be directly based on your successful collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery

: Actively contact and follow up with debtors to collect outstanding payments.

Relationship Management

: Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with customers to ensure a positive brand image during the collection process.

Reporting:

Accurately record all collection activities, communications, and payments received.

Field Visits:

Conduct field visits to debtor locations in

South 24 Pragnas

as required to facilitate collections.

Compliance:

Ensure all collection activities are conducted in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. Your earnings will be a percentage of the total amount of debt you successfully collect.

The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. There is no fixed monthly salary.
