Salary : ₹2.36 LPA (Fixed)

Eligibility Criteria :

Certification : IIBF DRA Certificate - Mandatory

Experience :

1. Freshers with valid DRA certification can apply 2. Prior experience in recovery/collections preferred Education : Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream) Skills Required : 1. Strong communication & negotiation skills 2. Customer handling & persuasion ability 3. Basic understanding of collections & recovery process

Key Responsibilities :

Contact customers regarding overdue loans/accounts

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.

Ensure compliance with RBI & IIBF DRA regulatory guidelines.

Work towards achieving monthly recovery and collection targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth recovery operations.
