Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Debt Recovery Agent

to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The goal is to recover outstanding debts while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer and upholding the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact debtors via phone, email, or written communication to recover overdue payments. Negotiate repayment plans that are manageable for customers and beneficial for the company. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while addressing customer concerns or disputes. Document all interactions and agreements accurately in the company database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets as set by management. Escalate unresolved accounts to the appropriate department for further action. Comply with company policies, legal regulations, and client requirements. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve recovery strategies and customer handling.

Qualifications:

High school Proven experience in a debt collection or customer service role, preferably in a BPO setting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
