Job Title: Collection Manager-Central Settlements
Department: Call Center Collections - Central Settlements
Roles & Responsibilities: * The Key role of the Central settlements Manager is
- To drive Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95%
- To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases
- To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer
- To drive collections on the agreed settlement value
- To drive key performance input measures like customer contactability, Login adherence and schedule management
Settlement %, % Increase in negotiated value, Collection %, Schedule adherence and deliver prescribed login hours
Educational Qualifications: Graduation - Any
Experience: 0-2 years of experience
