PFA the JD for Debt collection Executive

Position: Executive / Senior Executive - Debt collection

Type: Off-role

Location: Thane

Package:25-30 k

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B client portfolios for collections

Coordinate directly with clients via phone/email

Update payment statuses and maintain MIS reports

Report to Team Lead or Manager on daily collection performance

Requirements:

1-3 years' experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable

Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)

Good written and verbal communication

Note: check for SAAS /software industry candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
