Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

:

Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve outstanding balances. Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary actions. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities & communications. Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights for improvement.

Skill Set:

Strong communication skill - English & Hindi Proficient skills in email writing Quick learner & Go getter Ability to work independently Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
