Role Overview
The Dean - Management will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the School of Management. The role is responsible for driving academic excellence, strengthening research output, ensuring accreditation compliance, fostering faculty development, and enhancing student success while contributing to the overall brand and reputation of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership & Student Success
Promote student success and retention by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
Ensure effective academic advising and mentoring of students.
Facilitate opportunities for research exposure, internships, industry engagement, and experiential learning.
2. Research & Scholarship
Support and promote faculty research and scholarly activities.
Encourage publications in reputed journals, conference presentations, and interdisciplinary research.
Facilitate securing external research funding and grants.
3. Curriculum Development
Oversee the design, review, and continuous enhancement of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Ensure academic rigor, relevance, innovation, and alignment with industry needs.
Maintain compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory frameworks.
4. Accreditation & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to national and international accreditation standards.
Oversee assessment processes for student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across academic programs.
5. Faculty & Resource Management
Provide leadership in faculty development, performance management, and succession planning.
Oversee allocation and optimal utilization of facilities, laboratories, academic infrastructure, and resources.
Support teaching excellence and innovation through technology and best practices.
6. Collaboration & Institutional Representation
Foster collaboration within the department and across academic disciplines.
Represent the institution on professional bodies, academic forums, and external platforms.
Build strong relationships with industry, government agencies, alumni, and the wider community.
Contribute to institutional branding and reputation building.
