Qualification- Phd in Law (more then 15years)

Experience- 15years of experience of Professor/Administration

Roles and Responsibilities - Dean, Faculty of Law

Provide strategic academic leadership for the Faculty of Law, ensuring alignment with the university's mission and vision. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional legal education programs. Promote excellence in teaching, legal research, and scholarship within the faculty. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements set by legal education authorities and professional bodies. Foster a collegial academic environment that supports faculty development, research productivity, and innovation in legal education. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff to maintain high academic and ethical standards. Lead initiatives to enhance student learning, professional readiness, and ethical responsibility in the legal profession. Develop partnerships with the legal community, including law firms, courts, government agencies, and NGOs, to strengthen experiential learning and career opportunities for students. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with other faculties and research centers. Manage the faculty's financial, human, and physical resources efficiently and transparently. Secure funding and external support through grants, endowments, and alumni relations. Represent the Faculty of Law in university committees, academic councils, and external forums. Oversee the development and enforcement of academic policies, codes of conduct, and disciplinary procedures within the faculty. Encourage community engagement, legal aid initiatives, and public service activities that reflect the faculty's commitment to justice and social responsibility. Lead strategic planning, assessment, and quality assurance processes to sustain the faculty's reputation for excellence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
