JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsible for trading in the branch as per SEBI & compliance guidelines

Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective

Interacting with the RMs, ARM's, RO's, Sales Manager & Branch Manager regarding their respective Client's Liquidity. Updating the Clients on the stock pick, before the market opens and taking their consent on tapped telephone lines. As soon as market opens, Interacting with the Clients, RMs and Branch Head for trading purposes. Updating RM, ARM and Branch Heads on Client Margin Collection part or fresh investment part which the Client is likely to make. Keeping a constant check on the per day revenue generation of RM's, ARM's as well as Branch Head and trading accordingly. TRADING : Trading for the clients, based on mutual consent Confirming the executed trades or the Bids applied by the clients. Updation of market commodity rates to the clients from time to time. Implementing analysis of the risk appetite of the clients for RM's, ARM's and Sales Managers-and making them buy stock on which they get that stipulated returns Creating an amicable platform between Clients and Company for more AUM and business generation At the end of the market, performing reconciliation of the days revenue target with the targets achieved and providing the reports of the same to the seniors Coordinating with the RM, ARM and Branch Heads for the stocks sold out for which DI (Delivery) slip has to be given.

Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients). ? Customer/Client relationship Management.

Internal process Perspective

Compliance of Organization's philosophy, procedures and Policies.(0% violation of policies ). MIS /Data Management (Protection & Confidentiality). Liaison with various departments. CRM usage.

Innovation & Learning Perspective

Updated Knowledge of latest market Trends/Policies of BSE/NSE etc. New initiatives/ Processes/ Ensure training (self) as organized by Organization's L&D division/Participation in Emp. Centric Org. Activities/ Surveys/ Seminars.

QUALIFICATION

Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 0-1 years of relevant work experience within the same industry type.

I.T SKILLS

Extremely fluent with MS office, especially MS Excel. Strong working knowledge of the CRM software.

1. Creating an amicable platform with the Clients for more business generation
2. Interacting with Clients on a frequent basis
3. Updating the Clients on the in-house research cell on time to time basis
4. Assisting in fulfilment of branch targets
5. Interacting with existing Clients on regular basis to get more references and hence enhancing the branch productivity.
6. Dealing as per legal guidelines
7. Updating the RM's, Sales Managers and branch heads on the stock sold out details to avoid auction.
8. Fulfilling the targets of Branch Manager, Sales Manager and RM's
9. Timeliness in maintenance of MIS & regular reconciliation of reports
