Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, workshops, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for lubricants and related products.
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
Conduct regular field visits for order generation and follow-ups.
Ensure timely collections and maintain dealer account reconciliations.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends in the market.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
Maintain and submit daily sales reports (DSR) and performance updates.
