Promote and sell Bajaj motorcycles and scooters in line with company targets.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local promotions.
Explain product features, pricing, finance, and insurance options to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for bookings and deliveries.
Coordinate with the finance and registration team for smooth documentation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Participate in showroom events, test ride activities, and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in the field and showroom as required.
