Job Summary:
Xpertz by Ankur Lighting
is seeking an experienced Dealer Sales Executive from the lighting industry to manage and expand dealer networks in assigned territories. The role focuses on driving secondary sales, strengthening dealer relationships, and increasing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors
Appoint new dealers as per company expansion strategy
Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Promote LED, decorative, architectural, and commercial lighting products
Conduct dealer visits, product presentations, and scheme communication
Ensure proper product display and brand visibility at dealer counters
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Follow up on payments and outstanding collections
Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing
Handle dealer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain daily visit reports and sales MIS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory experience in Lighting Industry (LED / Decorative / Architectural)
Strong dealer and channel sales knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
