The Dealer Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of
Montra Electric Vehicles (EVs)
through fieldwork, dealer coordination, and direct customer engagement. The role requires prior experience in
EV sales
or relevant automotive sales, with a strong focus on
business development, lead generation, and dealer relationship management
.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly sales targets for Montra Electric vehicles.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities.
Expand dealer/customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Dealer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Support dealers with sales promotions, product training, and marketing activities.
Track dealer performance and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Customer Engagement
Meet prospective customers through field visits.
Explain Montra EV features, benefits, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery, finance, and after-sales support.
Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Marketing/Automobile preferred).
1-3 years of experience in EV vehicle sales or any automotive field sales.
Candidates with direct
EV sales experience
will be given preference.
Target And Achievement:
Must and should 3 Minimum sales Target Every Month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
