Customer Engagement:Greet customers, understand their lifestyle and budget, and recommend suitable vehicles.
Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and used vehicle features, benefits, and market trends.
Demonstrations & Test Drives:Provide detailed information about vehicle features and offer test drives to potential buyers.
Sales Process Management:Guide customers from the initial contact to the final purchase, including coordinating with the finance department.
Lead Generation:Conduct cold calling and other activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to secure deals.
Post-Sale Follow-Up:Follow up with customers after the purchase to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
Administrative Tasks:Complete necessary paperwork accurately and maintain customer records in a CRM system.
Sales Team Collaboration:Collaborate with the sales team and manager to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
