A)Improve Follow-ups & Conversion(FnC) : Sensitize sales team about FnC adherence and quality. Share status with Sales Manager with improvement action plan. Weekly discussion about top leakage driver, action taken and effect of improvement.


B)Improve Customer Experience(CX) : Analysis of top drivers impacting CX & development of an action plan. Tracking of Non-Promoters for buyer and non-buyers, Tracking of detractor recovery by Sales Manager, Ensuring Sales Process adherence & usage if digital tools. Identifying gaps in knowledge & skills of Sales Team to initiate trainings


C)Increase percentage of Platinum Dealers(Dealers scoring high in terms of business performance & CX): Selecting of WOW stories and best practices from set of DT dealers & sharing it with Area Manager Record visit report and file at Area Office(AO), Identification of key gaps on sales process, sales staff and customer experience


D)Improve Productivity of Sales Executives by ensuring knowledge, skills required

Qualifications



Graduate + Experience of 1 Year


MBA with 6 months of experience in any domain


Good communication skills


Willingness to travel 15-20 days a month, and commitment to a 2-year service bond.
