We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dealer Development Manager to build and manage our dealership network across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the automobile sector and a clear understanding of dealership operations, network expansion, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential dealers and appoint them as per company policy.
Plan and execute dealer expansion strategy across regions.
Handle dealer onboarding, documentation, and training.
Support dealers with product knowledge, branding, and sales enablement.
Ensure dealers maintain company standards in service and customer experience.
Monitor dealer performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Travel to various locations for dealer visits and market analysis.
Candidate Profile:
10 to 15 years of experience in dealer development (preferably in 2W/4W/EV industry)
Strong knowledge of dealership operations and channel development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willing to travel extensively.
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
