Experience Minimum 6 Months From Any Broking Industry CTC 3 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs (Depends on Experience and Potential of the Candidate) Certification NISM 8 Certification Equity Derivative mandatory Location- Chennai Mumbai Hyderabad Kolkata Allahabad Chandigarh Delhi Jaipur Jodhpur Kanpur Lucknow Ludhiana Bangalore Cochin Coimbatore Madurai Vijayawada Vishakapatnam Ahmedabad Indore Nagpur Pune & Surat New Client Acquisition with big ticket Margin (Minimum 1 Lac per Client) Advising clients to Invest in Equity and Derivative market and generate brokerage. Place order behalf of Clients (Terminal based) Promote Online (Mobile Web and Exe) trade to customers Building long time relationship with clients and educate on investments Cross Sell Achieve New Clients Acquisition and Brokerage targets. Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients To ensure adherence to surveillance risk & deal desk processes Other Earning Opportunities for Dealers Monthly Dealer Incentive Scheme earn up to 3 times of monthly CTC based on achievement slab.
