You'll play a key role in discovering and publishing compelling deals, maintaining quality content, and interacting with our community to keep them informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

Curate, publish, and manage trending deals, coupons, and offers from across the Indian e-commerce ecosystem. Collaborate on promotional campaigns to boost visibility and user engagement. Manage homepage and site-wide offers, ensuring accurate revenue tracking and reporting. Moderate community discussions, respond to user queries, and ensure a smooth user experience across the platform. Keep content updated, error-free, and aligned with current trends and brand guidelines. Coordinate with the business team to highlight ongoing merchant campaigns and exclusive offers. Brainstorm and execute ideas to improve user interaction, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role (deals, content, forum/community management). Solid understanding of Indian e-commerce space, marketplaces, coupon models, payment offers, tech launches, etc. Comfortable navigating affiliate tools, Google Sheets, CMS platforms, and basic analytics dashboards. Strong communication and writing skills with an eye for detail. Self-driven, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience with forums, user-generated content moderation, or community engagement is a big plus.
