  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective pricing strategies and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the Global Sales Organization by analyzing customer business drivers to recommend tailored pricing structures and commercial strategies.
  • Manage deal operations, including pricing escalations, risk assessments, and compliance with sales policies, serving as a key escalation point for business leaders.
  • Develop and deliver insightful reports to senior management, influencing region-specific pricing strategies through data analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Build strong business cases for investment accounts, securing executive support and actively participating throughout the sales cycle to maximize opportunities.
  • Lead a small team or project, fostering collaboration while effectively managing complex projects and ensuring timely execution.
  • Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex commercial solutions to executive decision-makers.
  • Set clear first-year objectives to enhance pricing processes, improve deal metrics, and contribute to team growth, all within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in deal desk management, finance, or sales operations (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of various software selling models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual)
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Experience using Salesforce and CPQ tools to streamline deal processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Leadership experience in managing teams or projects is a plus
Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
