Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Monitor application health using logging and observability tools (e.g., App Insights, ELK, Splunk) and proactively address performance issues. Develop and deploy hotfixes ensuring code quality, minimal downtime, and rollback readiness. Optimize application performance (memory, database queries, caching) and ensure reliability through resilience patterns. Collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders for release planning, environment management, and compliance/security updates.
