Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, formatting, and editing project documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain records of meetings, MoUs, agreements, and project updates.
Support in drafting content for manuals.
Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.
Collaborate with the management teams to collect and compile information.
Organize and archive digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Recently completed a degree in Management, English, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
