The DCR (Development Control Regulations) Operator in an architectural firm plays a crucial role in managing and processing building development applications and ensuring compliance with local building regulations and codes.
Scope:
This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of building regulations, and proficiency in using relevant software tools for drafting and documentation. The DCR Operator works closely with architects, designers, and project managers to prepare and submit accurate and complete documents for building permits and approvals.
Responsibility - Execution:
Holistic understanding of the site
Understand the documentation and paper work summited by client for sanction
Co-ordination and follow up with Design team, liaison indoor for deadlines and updates
Prepare municipal drawings for Layout Sanction for EC
Checking municipal drawings of Layout
Prepare municipal drawings for Building permission sanction
Checking municipal drawings of Building permission sanction
Prepare municipal drawings for all required NOC's
Online Submission of File to authority
Registration of developer and site engineer on government portal online
