Job Purpose (1-2 Lines)
Responsible for shipment coordination, documents preparation for shipment, packing and maintain shipment trackers
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all the relevant documents for IUT shipment.
• Prepare checklist - for shipment compounds.

Preparation of MSDS and COA followed by Involved in primary packing.

• Prepare all the relevant documents for export shipment like SRF, TSCA, MSDS and involve in primary & secondary packing.
• Collection of final compounds and signed documents from respective technical team and proceed for packing.
• Submission of final signed shipment documents to logistic team

Educational Qualification: B.Sc
Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)

• Must have basic knowledge in hazards of chemicals and solvents
• Good documentation and communication
• Should have good communication skill and Computer skills - MS Office i.e. MS word and Excel
• Hands on expertise of Outbound logistics, Inbound logistics, SEZ documentation, US related documentation, Sound knowledge in Purchasing and Warehouse operation.

Experience: 2-4 years
Behavioral Skills

• Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
• While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovative in his/her approach, good communication skills.
• Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
