About the role
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Copywriter to join our in-house performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative writer who understands the power of persuasive copy in driving conversions and customer action. You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for both static and video creatives across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on performance marketing campaigns that directly contribute to our revenue growth.
Key responsibilitiesPerformance Copy Creation: Write compelling copy for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms that drive clicks, conversions, and sales
Multi-Format Content: Develop copy for various creative formats including display ads, video scripts and product descriptions
Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all copy maintains consistent brand tonality while adapting messaging for different audience segments, campaign objectives, and platform requirements
Audience Segmentation: Craft targeted messaging for different customer personas and stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to conversion
Competitive Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor messaging, and platform-specific best practices in the health and wellness space
Qualifications and skillsExperience: 2-3 years of copywriting experience, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing environments
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and video creative work, with examples of performance marketing materials preferred. Should also include experience creating short-form video content, including motion graphics, product videos, and social media content
Brand Understanding: Ability to work within established brand guidelines while creating fresh, engaging content
Brand Voice: Ability to write within established brand guidelines while creating fresh, engaging content that maintains consistent tonality
PreferredCollaboration, time management and adaptability
Health & Wellness Experience: Previous experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry with understanding of target audiences and messaging
E-commerce Background: Experience working specifically with e-commerce brands and understanding of the customer journey
