Job Description

Key responsibilities:1. The candidate must be from the same industry and should have achieved at least 30 crore target individually annually. Specify the biggest project handled individually2. Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to3. Establishing market penetration in commercial/ residential interiors & generating opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations4. Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing an intimate knowledge of key accounts, and responding quickly and effectively to tender5. Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met6. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management & follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.7. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients & assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.8.
