Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) / Commis 1st - Continental Chef
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality continental dishes while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and taste standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the
CDP
in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes as per standard recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain the highest food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
Assist in menu planning, food costing, and recipe development.
Supervise and guide Commis chefs during preparation.
Control wastage and monitor food stock.
Ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
