Responsible for preparing, mixing, fermenting, and storing a variety of pickles as per standard recipes while maintaining quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce different pickles (cutting, marination, mixing, fermenting).
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste & quality.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage.
Check raw materials and maintain inventory.
Label batches and maintain production records.
Meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in pickles/condiments/kitchen production.
Knowledge of Indian pickle varieties & preservation methods.
Strong hygiene and recipe-following skills
