The Demi Chef de Partie supports the CDP in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes. This role is hands-on and essential for maintaining consistency, efficiency, and high culinary standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in your assigned section.
Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Support the CDP and take responsibility for the section in their absence.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
Basic culinary training or certification preferred.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary team.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
