Run and oversee the entire F&B production
, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Ensure proper portion control, garnishing, and presentation.
Maintain inventory, storage, and timely requisitions of raw materials.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Train and guide Commis and OJTs when required.
Coordinate with service teams for timely food dispatch.
Monitor wastage and implement cost-effective practices.
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience as Commis I / DCDP in
hotels
.
Strong expertise in
Indian & South Indian cuisine
.
Ability to
handle full kitchen production independently
.
Good understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene norms, and food safety.
Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
