Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company and kitchen standards. Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen. Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and ready before service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section at all times. Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed (HACCP). Assist in the monitoring of portion and waste control. Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Participate in stock control and inventory as directed. Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance at all times. Train and mentor Commis Chefs and junior staff as needed.

Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen. Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Strong team player with good communication skills. Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
