Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food quality. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards before serving. Conduct regular taste tests and adjust recipes as necessary to maintain flavor profiles. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Experience:



Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a similar role .

Skills:



Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff.
