Hotel Management degree (Diploma or Bachelor's)

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in South Indian cuisine

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and standardizing new recipes for the menu.

Conduct trials, tastings, and product audits as guided by the Corporate Chef.

Maintain hygiene and quality standards during R&D operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
