We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery and pastry operations, creativity in presentation, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per hotel standards.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef in daily operations.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Contribute ideas for new bakery items and seasonal menus.
Supervise and guide Commis-level team members when required.
