Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Assist the
CDP / Head Chef
in daily bakery operations.
Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and presentation consistency.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area as per FSSAI / HACCP standards.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory control.
Assist in menu development and new bakery product trials.
Train and guide
Commis Chefs
and other junior staff.
Ensure timely production for orders, buffet, or cafe display.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
