Responsibilities:
Assist CDP in daily preparation and cooking.
Maintain quality standards and hygiene.
Monitor mise en place and assist in plating and garnishing.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and stock rotation.
Requirements:
2-4 years' experience in a Continental kitchen.
Basic knowledge of sauces, salads, and grill preparations.
Team player with good time management.
