Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced faculty member to teach

Tally ERP

and

DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications)

courses. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting software, computer fundamentals, and relevant applications, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Tally ERP and DCA programs. Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and training modules. Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects. Maintain student attendance and academic records. Guide students in practical lab work and real-time applications. Ensure curriculum delivery in alignment with institute standards. Stay updated with the latest developments in software and computer applications. Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and industry visits. Assist in academic counseling and mentoring of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or related field. Certification in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. PGDCA / DCA or any recognized computer application diploma preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in Tally and/or DCA-related subjects.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of programming (C/C++, HTML) for DCA Understanding of computer hardware and internet basics

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong classroom management and student engagement ability Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Preferred:

Experience with online teaching tools and digital platforms Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
