Description: : DBA Work Timings: Rotational Shifts Work Location: Bangalore. DBA L1 SKILLSETS Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills. Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements. Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for global infrastructure. Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration or integration. Thorough knowledge of Database such as Oracle, MSSQL Architecture Should Possess Knowledge Database (Oracle, MSSQL) Administration Create and maintain Database (Oracle, MSSQL). Daily System Monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Database System. Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Now and Automated Ticketing tool Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated Compliance to change management policy and processes Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports Assist with management of problems and escalations Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value daily.
