Thorough knowledge of Database such as Oracle, MSSQL Architecture Should Possess Knowledge Database (Oracle, MSSQL) Administration Create and maintain Database (Oracle, MSSQL). Daily System Monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Database System. Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Now and Automated Ticketing tool Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated Compliance to change management policy and processes Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports Assist with management of problems and escalations Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value daily.
