Job Description

:
Mandatory Skills:
Proven expertise in advanced DB2 troubleshooting across multiple environments (development, test, production, etc.)
Ability to assess migration risks and provide comprehensive fallback and rollback strategies
Strong experience in post-cutover performance tuning and optimization
Enforce and ensure compliance with enterprise standards for encryption, access control, and audit logging
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the DBA team
Perform and sign off on environment parity, system stability, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices in database performance, security, and reliability
