DB IS Operations India - Operations Lead AVP in Jaipur Position Overview Job Title- AVP Location- Jaipur Role Description The AVP will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Ensure that all the payments and related tasks are verified accurately and within stipulated time. Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders - Product Desks, Relationship Center, COO, Compliance, AML, ORM, Technology, as well as with Service Providers. Informs product / function development to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs and market trends. Ensures the escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to line manager and functional leads as appropriate contributes to the development and implementation of mitigation or control solutions. Applies Business strategies and objectives across product and business lines within all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs. Ensure root cause analysis and continuous improvement plan is shared and discussed with team Ensure people are motivated to perform, regular one-on-one discussions with people are held and all people related concerns are resolved keeping employee motivation high Maintain attrition in team in line with company\'s attrition targets Stake holder management, ensure client\'s objective is prioritized. Coordinate with projects/Change Management team for all market driven, client driven changes. Ensure all changes are successfully absorbed with no service disruption Ensure all process documents are updated and necessary maintenance cycle is adhered. Ensure compliance under all audit\'s parameters/guidelines Supervises the development of scope of services and requirements definitions. Assigns, structures and supervises team deliverables to meet project schedules. Serves as technical resource for client(s) and/or staff. Analyzes, responds and resolves issues and assists in re-evaluating priorities. Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases transfers and terminations to manager.
