Work Timings - 8:30 to 3pm: Its not just baby sitting for us, we focus a lot on Physical and Mental enrichment. Hence planning activities - Gross Motor, Fine motor, etc. and implementing it. Being good at Art & Craft is important. Maintaining Time in & Time out of children. Maintaining Diaper schedule. Making sure Daycare schedule is followed. Talking to children, Playing with children.
