Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged [0-6] years, while supporting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities: Childcare & Development:

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. Create and follow a structured daily routine including play, learning, meals, and nap time. Conduct age-appropriate learning and developmental activities. Encourage positive behavior and social interaction.

Curriculum Support:

Plan and implement creative lesson plans focused on early childhood development. Introduce basic concepts such as colors, numbers, shapes, and letters. Use storytelling, music, art, and games to engage children. Observe and document each child's progress and development.

Communication & Reporting:

Communicate with parents regarding child's daily activities, behavior, and developmental milestones. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and progress reports. Collaborate with other staff members and participate in staff meetings and training.

Hygiene & Safety:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms and play areas. Assist with feeding, diaper changing, potty training, and dressing when needed. Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Diploma in Early Childhood Education or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a daycare or preschool setting is desirable. Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of child psychology and development stages. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.

Preferred Attributes:

Fluency in English and local language. Creative and energetic with a hands-on approach to learning.
