Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, providing engaging activities and educational opportunities, and supporting their physical, emotional, and social development. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment Roles and Responsibilities Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans Promote positive behavior and social skills through modeling and guidance Provide basic care and support for children, including feeding, diapering, and nap time Monitor and document children\'s progress and communicate with parents/guardians Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare center Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Skills: day care teacher,child development,professional development,child care,patience,training,cpr certification,communication,lesson planning,interpersonal skills,progress monitoring,collaboration,first aid,empathy,daycare,pre primary teacher,early childhood education,behavior management
